  1. I have recently had the Sunsynk 12kW three phase inverter installed. My installer has put my house (max 5kW at any given time) on the UPS load (which I requested) however the non-essential loads have not been connected to the inverter at all (the CT coil has been put between the inverter and the non-essential loads effectively cutting them out of the system). My non-essential load consists of two 3phase water pumps (5.5kW each) and 6 small staff houses (consuming never more than 5kW altogether at any given time). On querying this he said that he was concerned that the water pump may put the inverter under too much pressure. My electrical knowledge is very limited but I imagine he's talking about the amperage? Is this a valid concern though because any shortfall from the inverter side should be covered by the grid side on the non-essential loads? Being very new to solar and inverters I might be missing something here but I would be very disappointed if my very pricey 12kW inverter wasnt able to handle this type of load. Advice, suggestions and solutions would be very much appreciated!

  3. Hello all, my growatt spf5000es had a stable utility connection, panels are connected and charging the battery but no power is been delivered to the house. Any ideas what could be going on? Trying to post a photo but I can't see any buttons here that will allow me to?!
