Morning all. Hope this is appropriate. I have had a predictably (in hind sight) bad experience with a fly by night night installer. He installed a 5Kkw Sunsynk and thanks n the process (through following this forum) I realised he was clueless so we parted ways. I have managed to fix most of his mistakes (CT coil around battery feed in inverter, badly scuffed cables, no Earth Neutral relay bond) but would really like a pro to make some final changes (move oven feed to main (non essential) DB, add another circuit to UPS circuit circuit in house DB). Most importantly I’d like someone competent to please double check installation and give me a CoC. Is there anybody highly recommended in the Jhb North area?

Thanks! But the inverter switches off, even when solar is good. Is that normal? How do I keep power from panels when Eskom dies?

Evening all Solar noob here. I have a Sunsynk 5kw that throws the above error every time I simulate loadshedding by throwing the breaker between the grid connection and my main DB. I have solar panels installed (and delivering power) but no battery. Battery settings set up to reflect this. Grid settings set to 50hz. Syunsynk data logger is not showing much more in terms of detail. Anyone seen this before? Anyone have any advice? Many thanks
