    I have the exact same problem. Once growatt saw the serial number they said it's the motherboard. They sent me a new motherboard which was an updated design but it doesn't have a place for all the cables leave two cables with nowhere to plug in. I did try it but it didn't work , growatt will not get back to me to help rectify this situation . Did you fix your error 02?
