Hi All, This morning when I walked into the garage I got a plastic smell from the inverter. Amazingly it was still running and powering load at the time. Anyway, this evening I opened it up and found a fried box-shaped component in a slot marked C13 on the silk screen. It also has two pins so presumably it's some large Cap? I desoldered it to get a look, but unfortunately the only lettering still visible is .....AC. Does anyone have an idea what this is and more specifically what the values are? Regards, Danie

Do you know if there is a later version which reports the current to WatchPower? According to SolarAssist if it works in WatchPower it should work in SolarAssist.

Indeed, both display and Solar Assistant says 0 Amps during charging. But it certainly charges. Mine is U1 02 42. There is no U2?

Hi All, I'm new to this forum. My searches have not yet revealed an answer to my problem, but I suspect it may involve a firmware upgrade. I have a 24V RCT Axpert 3kVA (600W solar) with two Hubble S-120 batteries. Inverter was bought in 2015. I recently got the Solar Assistant and it correctly measures the battery current when the battery supplies power, but shows a current of zero when utility comes back and the battery charges. Consequently the emulated BMS mode in Solar Assistant shows the battery gets drained but then stays on whatever the SOC is when the utility comes back on. Any suggestions? I did some extensive searching and could not find any downloadable firmware for this model. Firmware version according to Solar Assistant is 02.42. Or do I just have to live with it? The inverter works great, it's just the monitoring that's not 100% Thank you! Danie
