  2. ShinePhone App Growatt gives installer code error

    I am at my wits end. Had a Growatt SPF 5000 ES installed and I cannot activate the ShinePhone app because it requires an installer code. I set up my company as the installer on the oss.growatt.com site. Account confirmed added devices and still get the same installer code error. Spoken to the distributor and they tried it and could not solve it then they gave their own installer code which caused the same error. Reinstalled the app just in case and tried again with the installer code from the distributor with the same results. Is there something that I am missing?
