  1. Anyone using a Solis?

    I have a Solis 4G inverter and are very happy with the unit, however I found zero support for Solis in South Africa. I need some technical information but no one can/ will answer my questions. I couldn't even buy my unit from a dealer or reputable store. The only solution was to buy from an online store that knows nothing technical and thus no support. Solis overseas, India, US and UK refer me back to Solis South Africa who doesn't even respond to my technical info questions. My advice is to stay away from Solis in South Africa as no one will assist with technical issues.
