Yes. I need to monitor all UPSs at the same time. I know that the main window in WatchPower monitors only the selected one. For the other UPSs, we depend on the Data log that scans and records UPS information. The problem is in the data log records, It does not refresh the other UPSs information, and just record the last UPS mode, if it was Line mode, it does not refresh to Battery mode although in real it is in the Battery mode. Please see the attached images for more clarity.

Hi All, I monitor 3 Axpert UPSs (one ks 1000 and two mks 2000) by using WatchPower software. I noticed a big problem in Data Log in the software. The log does not refresh for other UPSs that are not currently selected in the main window of the software. for example: UPS1 is currently selected in the main window and in the line mode. If it's status changed from Line to Battery mode, the log data is refreshed for UPS1. If the UPS1 still selected in the main window, and if one of the other UPSs changed it's states from Line to Battery mode or vice versa, the data log does not refresh the mode for these UPSs. This means that the log data gives wrong information. I tried to use other software, like solar power and view power, but these software does not work with the type of the UPSs we have. Our UPSs use P30 protocol which is compatible with WatchPower. But SolarPower and ViewPower used P15, P16 protocols. My questions that i need to have answers for them please: 1- Is there any WatchPower version that can monitor multiple UPSs and log data for all of them correctly? 2- Can we configure our UPSs to use specific protocols other than P30. 3- Is there other software other than WatchPower, SolarPower and Viewpower that can be used to monitor Axpert ks,mks UPSs? 4- Please guide me if my previous information is wrong or illogical.
