    Thanks for your reply, I am now telling my supplier to check on this and will send query to manufacturer as well. Is there any application software that can be used to configure my inverter?

    Hi Everyone, I am really need help here, I have just installed deye inverter 5KW and now on progress of commissioning but what I notice is when I press Basic Setting and Battery menu it just nothing happen (menu is not open), other menu is when I press the menu button then the parameters will appears but again I cannot change any parameter setting. could some body please help me what problem actually on my inverter? Thank you
