Can unstable internet cause problems with the Inverter dongle? I have just changed to Rain internet and the setting and communication between inverter and app are all mixed up ( what shows on the app not always the same on Inverter). Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jacques, Many thanks for getting back so soon. The Battery is communicating with the Inverter, but the problem is I don`t know how to get to those settings on the Inverter or the App.

I have a Luxpower5000 Inverter connected to Freedom Won Battery which has just been repaid and firmware updated. Now, it won`t allow the grid to charge the battery when the battery requires it. When the battery has rundown, the grid just supplies power to the house instead of supplying the house and battery at the same time. The communication cable is correct and the dip switches are also correct. Is it just a setting on the inverter I need to change? Can Anybody help?

Can anyone help please. I have a Meccer sol-ax-5p inverter and a Freedom One Tower E5000 Modular Lifepo 4 Lithium Battery. My Problem is everything works fine but if the battery gets low and shuts down during loadshedding it does`nt reboot when the Utility returns and I have to manually reboot it. Is the problem just setting on the Inverter?
