12KW 3 Phase Deye inverter and Dyness BX51100 trips with Fault code F56 DC_VoltLow_Fault
Hi All I am helping out someone who has a system but is experiencing trips during load shedding. Setup: 1 x 12KW 3 Phase Deye inverter (SUN-12K-SG04LP3-EU) 5 x Dyness BX51100 5.12KWh batteries During load shedding, they were using 2 x large aircons, i noted that the power output was typically 8KW and it went close to 10KW for a short period (photo attached). Thereafter the inverted tripped - Fault code F56 DC_VoltLow_Fault (photo attached) After checking the settings I noted the following (photo attached) Battery settings were set to use battery % The Max discharge current is set at 200A. My initial guess is that the comms between the inverter and battery needs to be resolved, by: Changing battery setting mode to Lithium Any idea what Lithium Mode value is required for the Dyness BX51100? Additionally, I assume that due to the load, they are possibly tripping due to max discharge currents: 230V AC at 10KW is 45A AC current, and 238A DC which is above the setting of 200A DC discharge current. The battery datasheet has the Battery Module Charge/Discharge Current (A) at 75A, The inverted has a max of 240A Since there are 5 batteries, can i increase this from 200A to 240A? Appreciate any guidance. Many thanks in advance.

Thank you! Regarding the Max A Charge and Max A Discharge, is this also doubled in value? Regards

Deye 5KW - Assistance with 2 x Hubble AM2 Batteries
Hi All I have a 5KW Deye inverter, with 1 x Hubble AM2 battery. I recently purchased a second Hubble AM2 battery, and connected the 2 x batteries in paralell (+ and - to inverted are connected to different batteries), with 1 x LAN cable (battery link to battery link), however the inverter screen is alternating between battery percentages. (Screenshots attached, percentage alternates between 70% and 81% every few seconds). I have included pics of the inverter SystemWork Mode and Battery settings for reference. I also noted the battery capacity is 100Ah, do i need to manually update this now that i have a second battery connected? Appreciate any guidance. Many thanks in advance.
