  1. Sunsynk data logger connection issues.

    Hi All. Hope you’re well. My sunsynk data logger appears to be offline (the app hasn’t been receiving data for over 17 hours) Went to check the data logger itself and it is now only showing the red light and not the red and green light. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you
