Registering with CoCT
I understand its a requirement to have it registered but of the handful of people I know who have done an installation none have gone through with the registration - no different to boreholes which also technically need to be registered. My installer said it was up to me to do..

Sunsynk 12kw & Hubble 5.5 batteries
THe firmware upgrade was on the Sunsynk. I've subsequently restarted the batteries - just turned them off and on and it has gone back to 220. Has been stable.

Sunsynk 12kw & Hubble 5.5 batteries
I've upgraded the firmware and have gone back to the CAN link setup. Everything has been ok for the last couple of days but when scrolling through some of the screens I can see that the battery capacity has dropped. Why would this be? And where is it getting this number from? The settings in the invertor are 220. I've tried changing them to see if it makes any difference but it doesnt. I'm also not clear on where the SOC numbers come from - if using the CAN are they always coming from the battery? thanks.

Thanks. And are you running with the CAN cable without issues?

Thanks. Can you share your settings and setup? I'm running the following - which I assume is an older version of firmware than yours? M 2005-1116 / S 18-07 / C 1001-E02A

Sunsynk 12kw & Hubble 5.5 batteries
Sorry - which voltages - the setup numbers? Are you suggesting I should be using AGM %?

Sunsynk 12kw & Hubble 5.5 batteries
Hi there. I've recently had a Sunsynk 12kw 3 phase invertor installed with 2 x Hubble AM-2 (5 kw) batteries. The system is "working" however the data seems all over the place. The installer originally had the invertor and batteries connected via the CAN bus but we were seeing all sorts of odd scenarios - PV showing 0 during the data etc.. Anyway he came out yesterday with another guy (he said he was from Sunsynk but not sure..) and they've now removed the CAN bus and said the Hubble with Sunsynk 12kw don't play so nicely.. Although everything is working the battery percentage is not accurate/reflective of what is going on. Eg 6am the Sunsynk was showing 22% but the Hubble had 3 out of 6 led lights on. I just looked now and the invertor reported 0% with a voltage of 45.8 (see attached). The battery setup on the invertor is set to AGM V - which seems odd given that these are lithium.. However they tell me this is what it should be set to! Since they are the experts I guess I'm trusting them - but also a bit skeptical.. Can anyone offer any advice / suggestions? Not sure if I should be buying the Hubble cloudlink so I can monitor it better - although not sure what I then do with the data? thanks.
