    Hi Ishaaq If you are in Australia or NZ, the DRM port should be used . Your electricity distributor will be able to execute commands on your inverter if needed. DRM port is nr. 17 in the inverter diagram. Australian/NZ standard is AS/NZS 4777.2:2020. Zone A,B or C should be checked also- see pages 34,35 of your inverter manual. In advanced function setup menu, DRM box should be checked. If it doesn't help, in the first screen of grid setup menu, try to change phase type from 0/120/240 to 0/240/120. Maybe is not a bad idea to contact the support guys from Deye, the will definitely be able to support. Hope it helps!
