    I had Sunsynk inverters installed in November. Every time there’s load shedding the power to my whole house goes off and then about 5 minutes later it comes on again. Every time I get the same error readings: INVERSED FAILURE & PARALLEL SYSTEM STOP. Now I’ve been locked out of the App and can’t even see what’s going on! Beyond furious with this whole situation. What’s going on and how are Sunsynk going to resolve it?? Very unhappy with this lot!
