  1. Hi, I seem to be having a similar issue except that my PV1 string is now showing (spiking to) around 220v when connected to the grid and 120v when disconnected from the grid i.e. powered only by the backup battery supply. It has started throwing F23 faults (from around 11pm last night) so for me this is definitely an immediate cause for concern. Setup is as follows: 8kw Deye Inverter 2 x 5kw Hubble AM5 12 x 545w CS panels Smart Load setup using CT i.e. all non-essential devices are able to receive PV power when excess is available. The data seems to indicate it has been steadily increasing over time although I am only able to go back 6 months at most. PV2 is more or less stable however PV1 is now spiking erratically. Any ideas as to what might be causing this or how it can be resolved would be greatly appreciated.

  3. Restarted the inverter and it appears to have sorted my issue - apologies at it is therefore clearly not the same issue as the OP's. Similar but not the same
  4. Noticed that I've got this same issue on my Mecer branded MKS IV since yesterday even though I am not using PV yet

  8. Thanks for the response. I would ideally prefer the inverter be connected to the battery BMS however, there are no instructions related to that on neither the hubble site nor the inverter manual. Have contacted hubble directly to ask advice. Will ideally find a solution if and when they respond.
  9. I recently commissioned the installation of an Axpert MKS IV (Mecer) inverter with a Hubble AM5 battery. The technician setup the system using the parameters recommended on the hubble website (https://www.hubblelithium.co.za/mecer) with bulk and float voltages set to 55.2V. However, when loadshedding kicks the battery voltage immediately drops to ~53V and the inverter reports the battery capacity as ~57%. How do I get around this issue while still maintaining the recommended parameters?
