Hi .It looks like it. The Tech guy said , they are based in Germiston / The East. Somewhere around there. They also sent me a fan noise firmware for my Inverter. They are very helpful.

I got mine from growatt support , struggled to register for one using my serial number . attached is the SA support contact details .

Hi No luck. I gave up. I am still using the Use settings.

Shucks faulty ? I thought maybe your battery wasn’t charging . My 4.8 N Energy only has 15 cells , hence I’ve modified my settings.
