    Nope, mine went on to the red light and i could log into it - but the IP details were empty. Back on green light now, so cant log in....

    I cant get into the new spec dongle, i can connect with Wi-Fi but that is it. The Manual gives step by step instructions, and it doesn't work.

    I have got exactly the same issue - only the green light is on. I can connect with WiFi but cant access it. I called Heroldts but they are not aware of this issue. I'm glad i'm not the only one with this issue

    My logger also disconnected yesterday, and still offline. Any idea what the issue could be? Wifi is close, and goind on and off since day one....
