geyserwise max E9 error
hi there guys. i have a geyserwise max geyser conversion installed by solarguru for the past 3 years. its been running flawlessly for the whole time. but now on the start of Easter weekend the geyserwise panel started to give me a E9 error. the problem is solarguru is closed for the Easter weekend. is here anybody that has had a similar error before? what was the issues you found? the panel shows my geyser temp at 55degrees, then the outside solar panel is 137degrees. the pump icon is on, but it doesnt circulate the water. the water should circulate if there is a difference of 7 degrees between the geyser and outside panel. am i looking at a faulty pump? or are there other things i can lookout for? thank you in advance

Geyserwise "antifreeze" function
So its only applicable when the panel reaches the set temperature. Ie. 5deg then it will start circulate?

Geyserwise "antifreeze" function
Hi,geyserwise max solar conversion kit, with flat panel. what exactly is the antifreeze function for? The installer went trough the functions very quickly. He mentioned in winter i need to adjust this setting to prevent pipes from bursting?

Geyserwise max heating issue?
Hi so begining of this year i had the geyserwise max conversion done on my geyser. It worked like charm. It would heat up during the day to 55deg or above depending on the sun. in the evening we would fill up the bath tub and the temp would drop to about 43-44deg. This past thursday my element kicked the bucket and tripped my mains everytime it started up. Now after the plumbers changed out the element i have temp issues. It would still heat up to roughly 55deg during the day. But the problem comes now when filling up the bath tub, the temp drops down to low 20's like 23deg, after filling up to the same amount as always. What would cause this. Its a 150l kwikot geyser with 3kw element, the new element looks like a 3kw spiral element was used. Not sure what the old element was.
