The aftersales service of Microcare is absolutely redicilous. Out of 5 items we had there for repair with costs we received 4 back with no function and not properly repaired. 2 inverters 3KW and 8 KW have beeb failing abou 3 years after installing. The 3 KW was allegedly repaired but us not functioning 100% (Not loading the Batteries) The 8 KW failed for no reasons of outer impact after 2 years of installment in middle of December 2022. Stilol on warranty. We wanted to drop it for repair but have been informed by Microcare that the capacity for repairs was alraedy exausted butwe would be welcome to drop the inverter fro 26. January on for repair. Approx. 6 weeks later. The service situation is unprofessional and it is not even sure that you get warranty claims repaired properly. I would reject to by another item at Microcare, what is by the way technology wise "old fashioned" and more expensive then other brands.
