My plant is online again. Not sure what worked but I went onto my UniFi log in page and clicked on "restart device" for the access points. I then tried to reconnect the Sunsynk logger to the WiFi and the red light stayed on. All seems fine for now. Let’s hope this lasts.

Hope it lasts but I wouldn't bank on it. Mine lasted for half a day.

I tried to use another logger and it worked for half a day before doing the same thing again. I have two dead loggers now.

My data logger is still down and the service from Sunsynk has been poor to say the least.

Thank you. There are a few posts on Facebook complaining about this very same issue. The only thing that changed on my side was the software upgrade as well. I also use UniFi access points though. Let’s hope Sunsynk sort this out as soon as possible.

It doesn’t seem to pick up the phone hotspot. Could it be the band setting?

I am having the same issue. This is so frustrating and unprofessional from Sunsynk.

My logger has also gone off with only the green light on. So frustrating. Anyone able to come right?
