    Im trying to help a friend with his setup and the battery is charging very slowly. Ive set the charge current to 20A as that is the standard charge current however on the battery name plate, it states that charge current can go up to =< 100A. Would charging at a higher current diminish the life of the battery or create an unsafe condition? Its an off grid setup with 1kWp of panels. The battery has built in BMS with charge protection etc. Any advice would be appreciated!

    Hi everyone, Has anyone successfully paired the two by using canbus? If so do you have the pinouts for the rj45 connectors on either end? I could set up the user defined battery parameters on the kodak but would prefer canbus comms. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Its a DIY install completely off grid in a pretty remote area. Many thanks!
