    I don't have an upgrade option there. Only Unbind is available (same as yours).

    Mine is 4790122C26R as well. Also, I don't have the ... option on the internal page. The only upgrade option is to load a file (see my screenshot from my previous post), and Upgrade button. I'm ok with "the older" software version while the Cloud Information / Connection Status is OK.

    Hi guys, I successfully turned my system back online. 1. Connect to the WiFi network of the SunSynk logger using its network (EAP-....) PW: 12345678 2. Load in the browser 10.10.10.1 3. Scroll-down to Wlan connection section and remove the checkbox Using the following static IP address. Click on Save button. 4. List all available WiFi networks by clicking on Scan button. Select yours, and re-connect to it.

    I have the same issue. The plant is offline since 19.01.2023 4:11 AM. The SunSynk WiFi dongle is solid green and blinks quickly in every 14 sec. The network equipment is UniFi with no issues in the last two years. Strong signal 2.4 GHz to the inverter (WiFi Experience 96 / 100).
