  1. Hi all. Does anyone have desolate firmware for an Axpert 7.2kW I have broken mine and the new display is for a 5kW unit. Meaning it’s missed second solar input etc
  2. Amazing thank you
  3. Hi all. I have 3 voltronic axpert 7.2kW inverters. All working very well. However, I am struggling to connect the coms to a seplos BMS. Does anyone have a pin out for both units? There is lots of iterations of this online, and I just want to see if it’s worth doing or if I should just leave my Solar Assistant to control everything (as it does now)
  4. Hi there. Have you found anything else wrong with your inverter. I have tested everything I can and can't see anything accept the C40 and C41 capacitor gone
  5. Amazing work and thank you for the great insight. I got as far as digikey here in the UK and there was nothing available at all. But your assistance with a new product number has helped alot. I have sourced and purchased 2 of the capacitors you have recommended. With regards to the capacitors it's was C40 and C41 that had blown, this was due to my error in parallel running mode and creating a high bus voltage fault. I will let you know how I get on with the replacement. Once changed I will connect the inverter via a plug to allow me to ensure it is fully repaired.
  6. Hi I am currently trying to find a replacement capacitor. I am looking to replace both the bus voltage capacitors as I'm not convinced that both won't be gone. I have removed the capacitors and struggling to find where to get some from. Would you have any idea? Part number is: GM2H681MW43551Y
  7. Thanks for all the information. I have removed the inverter and test all resistors, IGBT's and MOSFETs all test ok. It appears to only be the capacitor and main fuse that gone.
  8. I know I had the other 2 set up correctly and in parallel, forgot to change this one and pop it goes! Would of thought the protection would have kicked in first though. Its a lesson learned on me I suppose, however with the number of potential issues I may as well just replace rather than repair.
  9. I'm in the UK britishracinggreen
  10. Thanks for the information, sounds like it would be better to replace the unit. Dooh!!
  11. Hi all, I have 3 voltronic max 7.2 inverters. I made an error during first installation and did not set one of the inverters to parallel mode! As you can imagine, when I sync'd the unit if when into fault for high bus voltage followed by a big pop. I have taken the cover off and can see that one of the large capacitors on the top right have popped. My question is, what other damage will I be looking at? I am yet to fully investigate this as my other 2 units are working fine. I look forward to your help
  12. UPDATE: This morning i flashed the inverters, ensuring the house was empty in case of a power outage. I first started to flash the slave inverter, as soon as the flashing commenced the master inverter shut down. YOU CAN NOT FLASH WHILE KEEPING THE POWER ON IN PARALLEL MODE!! I continued and flashed both devices without fail. the U1 is now 90.20 on both devices and for the first time i can actually produce solar on a cloudy day. thank you for the assistance on this!!
  13. Hi Coulomb. I attempted last night to flash the slave unit however when attempting the SL inverter as the flashing tool opens fault code 72 followed by 32 came up. These fault prevented a flash. I stoped at this point, I will flash today with both units off load and revert back
  14. Thank you for that. I have looked through everything however nothing tells me what to do with the other inverter while flashing. I have 2 inverters in parallel mode. Can I isolate 1 inverter (solar, AC in, and AC out). And flash the inverter while the other one is still running? Or should I isolate both inverters and continue? Everything else seems easy enough
  15. Thank you that's amazing!! My system has 2 units in parallel, please can you share the procedure for flashing them, Do they need to be off, etc
  16. I have the voltronic (voltacon badged) axpert max 7.2kw with removable display
  17. I have the voltronic (voltacon) 7.2kw removable display sorry
  18. Hi there I have a voltronic inverter axpert max 7.2 Please can you share a patch that suits my setup Inverter 1 has a 430voc system connected Inverter 2 has a 240voc system connected Additionally if you have any instructions on how to flash the firmware, this would be great!
  19. Hi there, I have the voltronic axpert max (same as voltronic) here in the UK and having the same issue. I have 2x inverters in parallel and both stuck at 90V One inverter has 440VOC string and the other has 270Voc string. I have noticed isolating the solar and re-energising makes the MPPT kick in at full system voltage. I have no experience with patching firmware but I would expect that this is the issue. (Hence finding this thread). What's the best solution for this please, I'm half tempted to place a MPPT regulator directly to my batteries!!
