  1. Update on my 1.5kw unit. after the "update" the battery % issue (dropping 1 percent each day) was gone......... but now in last week, the bat % went to 0 and got stuck there....... luckily somebody on the whatsapp group had a fix..... just press the silver battery button out and back in....and hey presto battery % is back....no longer 0...... also note the silver battery button on your unit may be faulty....i had that problem.... it did not click in and out....they also fixed that for me after taking it in.....
  2. Update. I got a replacement unit. DC outputs working again. Also the unit appears to be charging back to 100%, and is not dropping by 1 or 2 % every day. It is still early days. Only been using for a few days. I live in hope
  3. Update on 4 DC ports not working. This was an out of the box failure. They will send me new unit on Monday. I live in hope
  4. So the saga continues....... during first load shedding today, I plug my phone into the USB port on the unit and it does not charge my phone..... looks like no power is going to any of the 4 DC ports on the front of the unit, and yes, I did turn on the big red DC switch ....... the unit has been collected and sent back to supplier.....I live in hope,
  5. Update: got a new unit in the box back today. Fault was identified as SOC calibration issue. No problem with battery. I will monitor and report back after a fews days
  6. Hi, I got this message today: "Hi, this is Owen, i am the aftersales manager from CNBM, we are the sole agent here. Firstly, i need to emphasize that the unit is working fine, what you saw soc can not be 100%, it is only the display problem, and it won't affect your usage, just make sure that you charge the battery more than 3 hours, then it can be charged fully. If you worry about the any similar problems, please return back to your supplier, they will help to send back to me to do the update and calibrate the SOC display. 7. Update: Supplier has confirmed there is a problem with my unit, however no fix yet...... hope to get update tomorrow, as supplier is now testing 3 new units to see if they also have problem before reverting.... we live in hope.
  8. Update: I have been advised that the problem on my unit, and the other units returned at same time have been fixed......but they did not say what issue was ...,... they are now testing unit and I hope to get it back next week.... holding thumbs
  9. So this is very strange. This morning I found the unit with battery fully charged to 100%. Yesterday it would not charge mire than 87%
  10. Mine is being collected tomorrow. Will keep you posted. Mine was 1 of 10 bought at same time. Some of the 9 are also being collected. Lets see
  11. Mine is now only charging to 90% as per picture attached. If anyone gets some help from supplier please post solution
