  1. Inverter worked well till some weeks ago so I think FW should be fine. It's a strange issue...
  2. Thanks for your suggestion, i've used another SW, MultisibControl, and i'm able to see SOC for both batteries, see the image in attachment. In batteryView instead I can't get SOC information even if I set the comunication like you suggested. So now the question is if the batteries are fine and the problem is on the inverter side, what do you think? Now batteries works well till i connect inverter to the internet, when i do so, the inverter put the batteries in off mode....very strange issue..

  4. Hi all, I have two Pylontech US2000 running software version 2.3 and went a little wet some weeks ago. Now it works fine (charge/discharge) but doesn'comunicate SOC to the inverter so I can use batteries but can't see state of charge through the app connected to the inverter. Led indicator upon the batteries works fine. If I connect with Battery View could see batteries parameters except So I get "null Anyone have had similar issues?
