    If he sets his Inverter to that, then yes. The Inverter normally defaults to a 20% SOC cut-off.

    The battery only shuts down at 3% , you can discharge to 95% no problem .

    400W over 10hours equates to 4kWh.
    The battery itself will probably shut down as the 20% SOC would have been reached.
