Dear *,
For example assume I have an 8k SunSynk Inverter. I would like to simulate sensors through the use of RS485 protocol where I use a USB-RS485 converter and python to write to the appropriate register to simulate a change in temperature/voltage to test the set automation. I have read the forum regarding reading from the inverter where it stated that the register for temperature, voltage and SoC was 182-184 but I cannot seem to find the document regarding the data map address so If someone could direct me I'd greatly appreciate it.
Another concern is if these values are in holding registers or input registers thus I might not be able to write to them. The inverter is set as a slave and the BMS is the master which I believe will write these values to the SunSynk system to be displayed in the UI and monitored which i why I believe this idea is possible.
Any advice/help will be greatly appreciated.
