Hi guys, just want to thank everyone for all the advice I recieved, my battery seems to be working perfectly now.

System mode screens. Also giving me an error saying: F25 Grid wake up failed And it looks like there was another fault just before it switched off earlier: F56 DC VoltLow Fault

So power was just restored now. Inverter is powered but only AC LED is on.

I will later. We having some Eskom maintenance done in our area at the moment and my inverter/battery just died at around 43%. It charges fully everyday between loadshedding.

@Nexuss everything else looking fine in terms of the 'Batt charge' and 'Batt type' settings?

Hi Everyone, As mentioned in the title, I've got 5kva Synsynk Inverter connected to a BSL 51.2v LI Battery. The person installed the system for me is AWOL and I'm unable to get him to come and fix an issue I'm experiencing. Basically my Battery shuts downs at the percentage it's meant to reset (35%) and doesn't come back on until I have power again, and then when the power does come back, it takes about an hour to start charging, and according to the LED's on the battery and the Sunsynk app it starts charging from 0%. The battery also takes very long to startup after I manually shutdown the inverter and battery of I need to save the battery power for later. Yesterday we had a power outage after load-shedding that lasted about 20 hours, as I work from home, I manually switched off the inverter at battery, to save power so I could work today in case the power wasn't restores, when I switched of the battery it was at 47%, I switched everything back on again at 1am when the power came back, but the battery took over before it started showing any sign of power, but when it did start the level was still at 47%. Can anybody running the same system possibly send me their settings so I can compare to see if the setting I have are correct, or someone that has expertise advise me on what I can do. I currently don't have any solar panels connected to my inverter if that makes any difference. I've attached pics of my battery for reference as well as my battery settings, please let me know if there's any other info than will help identify the issue.

Had my system installed today, went with BSL battery, Sunsynk batteries was out of stock at the supplier and the contractor managed to give me the BSL at the same price. Thanks for all the advice here, I really appreciate it.

Thanks @GreenFields. That's a lot to think about... I now also have the option of a Sunsynk 5.1kw battery as somebody has given me a very reasonable quote with this as an option. I would assume that the Sunsynk battery with the Sunsynk 5kva inverter I'm planning to install will be a better option than the other two... Right?

Thanks guys for the info, I'm probably going to get the Shoto in that case as it's costing me a few grand less than the Dyness.

Hi Everyone, I'm planning to install a 5kva Sunsynk Inverter, I'm just looking at my options regarding batteries, the options I've come down to are Dyness or Shoto 5.12kw batteries, they're both prices similarly at around R24k. Hi, my first post here. I'm planning to move from an area that has no load-shedding to a new area that does, doesn't make sense I know... but we have our reasons. So I primarily work from home so I need to be able to run my laptop and WiFi at bare minimum, I'm budgeting around 80k for a system, obviosly this would be overkill for my laptop and stuff, but I may I well get it done since our power issue's are definitely not going away. I would like to get advice on a decent system that would be able to enable me to work from home as well as run my lights, fridge, freezers, CCTV, alarm and gate motor as a start during load-shedding and power outages. I've been looking at Sunsync 5kva inverter, I'm still not sure about what battery and other items I need to buy to have this set up. I would like advice on what the best system would be considering my budget, should I be looking at lower budget inverters (Luxpower, Must, Growatt etc), I do want something that I will be able to upgrade in future to add more capacity for running other appliances and hopefully one day go off-grid. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
