    Thank you @gLer- I have a supplier that wants to try make the comms cable and is currently trying to figure out the specifications- if it is a success by any chance I will let you know. We changed the battery settings to (14) Pylon today and then we got an error 61 indicating the comms cable was incorrect. It’s my last hope or I will install Solar assistant - is it just software or is it also hardware too?

    Hi - I am also experiencing a fault with my communication between Greenrich battery and Axpert/Voltronic/ inverter. Has anyone had any resolve?

    Hi gLer - please tell me you have found a resolution to the communication error - I think I am having the same problem - my battery capacity is staying on 100% on the app - I’ve tried to change all the ports but my app is not updating. Sometimes it will drop to 90% when the battery has almost died. Any help would be appreciated.
