My invertor is a 3kw 24V Synerji Pro PSW SYSP3024-PR
I have been using it successfully with 2 x 2 No 105Ah 12v Lead GEL batteries for sometime but with the ramp up in load shedding these have lost their ability to hold a charge.
I replaced the batteries with 3 x 24V Lithium batteries (Valuetech LIFEPO4 4S1P1300WH)
When Eskom power is on and the batteries are fully charged, the Invertor display is showing the battery voltage is fluctuating from circa 25V to about 35V and the Invertor alarm is going off - two longish beeps. Not continuous but too often to be ignored. I suspect it warning of overcharging. I have checked the battery voltage with a multimeter and indeed the Invertor display is correct.
Obviously I am scared of damaging the batteries.
Even if the batteries are not at risk, the alarm noise is not something I can live with.
Any suggestions ?
Thanks
Richard
