  1. I set the bulk charge voltage to 28.6 and the float charge voltage to 27V (down from 28.4 which I had initially set) but now I see that the batteries are not charging. The inverter shows a battery voltage of 27V. The charge light is solid green (indicating fully charged) Why would this be, when is the inverter supposed to kick in with the bulk charge? Here is some info on charging the batteries from the spec sheet.
  2. Hi all, I have replaced my complex's battery backup system Gel batteries with Lithium (2x 12V Deltec 100Ah in series). The (Axpert type) inverter does not have a Li selection for battery type, so I set it to User. All working fine, batteries show fully charged and they handle 2hrs load shedding dropping to 26.2V. Two questions: The battery spec mentions a charging voltage of 14.2-14.6V so I have set the inverter to 28.6V. What should the float voltage be set to? Lower than the bulk, or the same? Should I get a battery balancer? How important is this? Appreciate any advice.
