Hi all, thanks for sharing your thoughts. The manufacturing date is November 2021. We´ve already installed the parallel foil capacitor to get rid of the display issues. We are not connected via WatchPower software, but serial numbers acc. labels are e.g. 96332111101716 I will try to get this confirmed via Watchpower software. In the meantime we´ve been able to access again the parameter setup menu. Now the inverters are configured again to 3 Phase operation. Unfortunately one inverter (3P2) is flagging fault code F73. Does anybode know what does it mean? F73 is not described in the manual. Thanks in advance. BR, Macrom

Hi all, we are a small group of colleagues in Germany using Axpert MKS4 5,6kw in 3phase configuration to power our homes. Recently we had an issue with one of our setups. Two out of three inverters lost their programming/configuration after they have been powered of for few days. We use the OTG function to re-write the internal parameters with text file from USB stick. System was now working for several month without issue. After shutdown of around two weeks, two out of three inverters lost their configuration. They start up in single phase mode without recognizing that they are in parallel configuration, connected via parallel cards. Also the other parameters for e.g. battery settings,... are lost. Seems it has been somehow been reset to "default". The setup menu can´t be entered anymore via touch buttons on the display. Does anybody had same issue and maybe an explanation what goes wrong?
