HI I have 9 x 425w panels (garage roof) and 8 x 545w panels (house roof) installed = 8185w. They are north facing at +-25deg Tilt. Currently I am only getting +-3.4kw max at midday, 2400w on PV1 and 1000w on PV2. This is far below the installed 8.1kw and there is big difference between the two strings. What should I be expecting installed vs output? How do I check whether all panels are still working? Thanks

Hi All I have 2 x 5kwh Freedom Won batteries and 8kw Sunsynck inverter. I have a switch over on my Eskom Incomer circuit breaker. I want to charge my batteries using my 7500w Ryobi generator by just switching over to generator at the Eskom main incommer. I adjusted my battery charging amps to 10A and switched over but my Inverter showed grid as 0w and had no response. Is it possible to charge my batteries using my generator connected to the main incomer and how do I go about it? Thanks

Will the 1% cycles x say 100, eventually also make up a cycle? Thanks

Thanks for all the comments. Does it matter when a battery cycles by 1%, what counts as a cycle on a battery: how far does it have to drain (SOC) and be recharged before it counts as a cycle on a battery?

Hi My 8kw Sunsynk inverter varies my SOC on my 5kwh Freedom Won battery between 99 & 100% during the my PV is on, the rest of the time my SOC is constan at 99%. Why would that happen?

Hi Can someone assist or comment with regards to my Sunsynk Connect App that does not update (refresh) regulary. What is the refresh rate supposed to be? Are these somewhere I need to adjust the settings? Thanks

Hi Steve Excellent, thanks Steve, should I be concerned that the charge current displayed is higher than that shown on the sticker on the side of the E Tower? 95 amps shown on screen vs 70A continuous on E Tower

Further to the post above, the inverter shows the battery SOC at 83% but the LEDs on the battery shows only about 50% full, therefore the inverter does not know how full the battery is, I expect it is because the Comms is not working

Hi All I have a 8kw inverter and 5kwh Freedom Won battery. I have connected the battery to the inverter using the supplied “Type 1” CAN RJ45 cable as specified in the Freedom Won Interfacing guide but do not see any informatoin when looking at the Li Ion battery information screen?? Is this correct? Thanks
