  1. problem wks (axpert) 5k cut off the power output

    Hello everyone, Everything is working fine now I would like to know if any of you are having this problem. Once in a while (I would say every 3 days), the inverters cut the 220v output without much reason and without message error . Bms communication failed during one seconde battery have power, the panels send 4 kw in short, everything is fine. But I find inverters without power at the output, nothing is tripped. just press the on/off button of the inverters 2 times and it will restart the output.   2. WORK MODE DIFFERENT

    Hello everyone, Can you explain to me why my two inverters wks 5k do not work on the same mode although they are configured in the same way. the first is in grid/sbu mode and the second battery/sbu. The batteries are at 73%, I should not consume on the grid. Thank you for your help and have a nice day
