Hi All please can someone help me, I’m new to all this. We had a Luxpower 5kw inverter and ouco ub5000 lithium battery connected to it in February this year. We had an issue of we’re the inverter wouldn’t kick in straight away with load shedding and about 4 minutes later would kick in, this only happened a few times. I emailed the Luxpower support and they said it’s needs a firmware update, which they did about 2 weeks ago. Since Tuesday morning we get either high battery voltage or battery open error. This is only in the morning. I emailed the Luxpower support and they said battery might not be compatible. Can anyone please help me with settings or how to get the battery connected properly for bms to work. I’d appreciate any advice or help from the experts
