    Hello, I have an issue where my Luxpower SNA5000 is picking the Hubble AM2 up as 50AH, which takes just over 2 hours to charge. Inverter seems happy with straight-through cable. Luxpower has remotely upgraded my firmware in a flash. Hubble told me theres an issue with Luxpower firmware, then they gave me this BMS firmware to which I agreed to purchase their RS232 cable, and it didn't change anything https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-ZQmuaf5QEYjS_PL9AlqqIoop4qnyN5r/view?usp=sharing I also took a peek with PBMS tools, which shows 100AH, but I can't understand why the battery takes so long to charge. I am able to discharge 4.8kwh without an issue. I also noticed the cycle count of 12 did not match my inverter log of around 20kw, to which i thought would be 4 cycles. Is there a fix for this without carting 50kg up and down for weeks? I'm quite annoyed with this brand-new product.

    I had this issue until 1. I switched the battery on and 2. Setting dip to 1000 Straight through network cable on my SNA5000 and AM2
