You need a  main firmware that handles the QDOP command. 46.05 is way too old for that. The latest is 46.83, available here.
Yes, the display firmware also needs updating.
Wherever you found the U1 version, the U2 version is for the display. Either in monitoring software or on the display itself.
It's probably 12.xx or 122.xx. If so, the latest version is 12.28, available here.

Hi everyone, i have the same inverter easun isolar smw8k, i already tried the versions of firmware 90.14, 91.04 and 92.14, all i have from easun, downloaded from a voltronic server, that conclude that is not a clone. All the firmwares have the same problem with the mppt in the morning. George, if u can make the firmware not to put the pv in short from the 1st second of light would be superb. That what sais coulomb is true...what can we do.with whis problem? In Romania we are a lot of people with this inverter....we are waiting for a sollution...thank u
