Hi there, I currently am running 8kwh sunsynk invertor + sunsynk 10kw battery. If I need to add more batteries in future, can I connect a single 5kw battery or it must be another 10kw battery of the same brand?

Hi there, New to solar, recently added Canadian 8 Solar 545W panels + 8kw Sunsynk inverter, how much average power can these panels produce on a normal summer and winter sunny days in Gauteng for example? In ideal conditions if the panels have direct sunlight from morning till evening will I get about 545Wh per panel? or will this be about half the output based on the efficiency specified on the panel e.g. 21%?

You mean like close to 5kwh output. But this limitation has to be set in the invertor config.. Or does it perform it automatically?

Hi everyone, New to the group, but looking for assistance on getting a way out of load shedding. I am thinking of getting a few panels with a sunsynk 8kwh invertor + 5kwh battery. Will this setup be fine or I might damage or void my warranty due to lower battery kwh then invertor. Someone told me I must always get a higher battery then invertor like 10kwh. Is this true?
