  1. I replaced the battery, bypassed the inverter and the units loaded. Thanks for your input @Garthox
  2. Mine also has a 9v battery which I replaced last year sometime. I am planning to go and get a new one now and see if that changes things. I also have to do the workaround whereby I bypass the inverter in order to load units. However this is the first time where my units depleted completely since installing the inverter. Once I bypass it, my meter is not powered.
  3. My prepaid units depleted early this morning and I am now unable to reload/recharge units due to no grid power. Any suggestions on what I can do to load units? Thanks
  4. Thanks for the feedback guys. The City Power technician that came to my place on Friday advised that atleast one plug point should not be reliant on the inverter i.e. feeding directly from the grid and that should be the plug point used to connect the meter as it has a direct connection to Eskom power. I managed to load electricity on my meter though, I turned off the inverter as well as my WiFi in order to load. Perhaps try that @Ever123?

  6. Hi All, Ever since I've installed a Sunsynk inverter, I cannot load prepaid electricity via my prepaid meter, the error I receive is "Error 30" which I know is a network error. I've had this error before installing the inverter but eventually the electricity would load. This has been the case since last week Wednesday and I had to get a City Power technician to come and manually load my electricity via the main power box. My installer advised me that the inverter could hinder the connection when loading electricity and gave me a workaround i.e. to switch the inverter off and then load electricity however that is not working. I now have to call a technician out AGAIN to load electricity for me! Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can resolve this problem please?
