  1. I would like to add that when we first ran the installation (back in Feb), one inverter was not charging at all from AC power (Utility or generator). The other 2 were charging 170 amps each as per the AC max charging current setting. Out of the blue and some two weeks ago and without changing any inverter parameter, a second inverter stopped charging and the third was charging around 100 amps only which is well below the AC max charging current and the Max charging current setting coming from the BMS which is around 180 amps. I am totally lost here!
  2. Yes, the inverters are supporting the load. We are running on the inverters 18 to 20 hours a day. Total load varies between 10 to 27Kw. Utility power is hardly available. The attached image shows the history of the last 24 hours. Blue graph is for Utility (EDL in Lebanon). As this installation is feeding a residential building, the utility feeds directly the load (not through the inverters as they are bypassed) and the load we see from the utility is exclusively for charging the batteries. The red graph is when the generator is running. The generator feeds the load directly (inverters are bypassed like when utility is present). The charging power is the difference between the Generator Power and the Consumption power. It is clear is both cases that the batteries are only charging around 3 to 5Kw whereas they should be charging around 25Kw. ps: the image comes from a monitoring software linked to a dedicated genset controller connected to the internet that monitors all three inverters using a serial port.   3. I have an installation with 3 InfiniSolar-15KW 3P inverters working in parallel with 20 Dyness A48100 lithium batteries. BMS connected and operational. configuration is Grid-Tie with back-up (I). With no AC power, the system is working perfectly. All inverters have the same parameters. When AC power becomes available, I faced the following 2 problems: 1- One of the inverters will not charge when AC is available. Batteries SoC well below 70%. Other 2 inverters are charging normally and reaching the "Max. AC charging current". 2- The same inverter refuses to export power back to the grid when it's available and batteries are full with plenty of Sun. I have observed the same behavior in another site with only two inverters. Did anyone experience this problem? I appreciate any insights you might have on the topic. So far, Voltronic technical support are stuck on the basics whereas I think there is a much more serious problem having to do with the firmware itself.
