Hello Everyone I am in search of a R100 battery with around a 450 cycle count history to match my current set up. I am based in Joburg and would like the battery to be checked by Revov before I commit to the purchase. I know that "new" Revov batteries are around R13,000, so there is probably not much of a market out there for them second-hand...but who knows!? Thanks

Hello, I am not in this line of work, so I am actually not sure what they are worth. I need to wait for a proposal for the new system to be able to make a fair comparison and to see if it is worth my while. Someone else has responded to me and suggested around R9,000? I really do not know 😆 I was hoping the experts on this group could guide me... As I said, I have an extremely reliable system, I just need more capacity to help me get through the insanely hot Limpopo valley where we have experienced night time temperatures of 32 degrees. Our summers are getting longer and hotter these days. I need to be able to run the evaporative cooler right through the night to maintain sanity the following day. I am off-grid, for context... You are welcome to message me privately if you prefer to discuss this "offline". I am not sure how online etiquette on these matters go.. 😆

Hello The two battery specs are: Model BN52V-77-4K, purchased 2018 and have a cycle count of approximately 761. Bluenova warranty ends in August 2028. I reside on a farm outside Lephalale in Limpopo, but I go to Joburg once a month. I am still waiting for my counter-proposal for my new system and then I will be able to make a decision. In the interim you have the required information but please let me know if you need more info.

Hello i am considering upgrading my entire installation and this means selling my 2x 4kVa batteries. They are in their 6th year of a 10 year warranty. is there a market for second hand batteries?
