    Need some help please. So my inverters were all updated to the latest firmware, and after this i am having an issue that was not present before. Prior to the update: i had set the SOC to 25% and in the event of grid failure, it would go down to 15% before the Generator kicked in. Now on the same setting, even with the same conditions, the batery will not go down less than 25% and the power goes off without the genny kicking in. Even if i set the SOC to 20% it does not go below 25%. Any thoughts? ideas?
