  2. Volta Stage 1 Not Charging with Deye

    Good day We also have a Volta Stage 1 5kW battery and a Deye 5kW inverter. The battery charges to 100%. When is discharges below 100%, it does not charge again, even if there is enough solar. The solar production is then equal to the home consumption, even though there is enough solar to charge the battery as well. As the consumption goes up, the production goes up, and if consumption goes down, the production goes down, but the battery is not charged. The moment the battery is discharged to 90%, it gets charged again. The installers of our plant confirmed it is not a setting, and there is some other issue. Could you assist with the possible cause of this?
