Hi Everyone I have installed 2 5kw Sunsynk inverters at a clients property, the one is working perfectly with ATS used as an indicator (small LED Light) so the client can see when its load shedding, but on the other inverter the ATS don't switch off it gives a continuous 230V supply with or without Islanding Mode selected with or without grid supply. The supplier told me it requires a firmware update and after he kept on putting the phone down whilst speaking to him numerous of times i got the firmware updated via sunsynk themselves. I still have the same issue with the ATS permanent on.
