  1. I have been using a Goodwe inverter for a few years with two Sirius Supercapacitor batteries and solar panels. The system works well, but there is no direct comms between the batteries and the inverter. As such, the state of charge displayed on the inverter is very inaccurate, and I cannot use the system to its full potential. During load shedding (which is full time these days) I keep the system in backup mode and forego any possible electricity savings available through battery use. I am led to believe that I van use another battery type, which will communicate with the Goodwe inverter, as "front" and have my two Sirius batteries as backup in parallel. Can anyone confirm this, or perhaps have experience of this? Thanks. Wilhelm
