  1. Coulomb, I responded to your comment on the other thread. I mistakingly (Stupid me! 😠😠) swapped INPUT & OUTPUT port positions, but DID NOT feed MAINS to the "INPUT" port; I have only connected Battery cables after all the times I've disassembled & reassembled. So, now there's 230VAC output when Inverter is operating off of battery & PV array. However, the problem of Power-cycling while the "Soft" Switch is in the OFF Position still remains. Any thoughts?
  2. Coulomb, Hi! I reassembled the inverter, rechecking the cables, and found that I swapped (mistakingly 🙄) the input & output cables; however, I DID NOT feed Mains into the input (which became OUTPUT 😌). So now, Inverter is OUTPUTting 230VAC, charging from PV array. But, the Powering-UP & Power-cycling, with the "Soft" Switch OFF is still a problem. Any thoughts?
  3. This machine is not a "Clone"; I purchased it off of a Voltronic Distributor in my country. However, it is off warranty. This inverter's fan was cleaned at the time; but when is was being disassembled, I had to remove the PAR board to remove the transparent shroud covering the fan and the SCC board. On reassembly, I noticed that a couple of the 4 terminals for attaching the PAR board to the main board were loose. I removed the main board to resolder the slightly detached terminals. On reassembling the Inverter, without attaching the PV and MAINS inputs, and with the "Soft Switch" in the OFF position, the inverter powers ON and cycles between ON-OFF-ON-OFF.... after about 30s interval.
  4. Coulomb, Thanks. I will check again and re-test the Inverter and update you.
  5. I still have the problem. When Battery Isolator Switch is turned ON, and without turning ON the Power switch, the Inverter Power-Cycles as if the Soft switch is turned On-OFF-ON-OFF... When Soft Switch is now turned ON, Power-Cycling Stops, but there's no output from inverter. NOTE: PV Input and MAINS are disconnected. Thanks
  6. Sorry I just saw your reply. Inverter "soft" switch is in the OFF position Mains Input = 0V PV Input = OFF ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- With the above conditions, when the Battery Isolator switch is turned ON, inverter should display nothing on the screen (it's in a standby state -sort of). But this inverter Powers ON as if the "soft" switch in ON, and then power-cycles ON-OFF-ON-OFF.... However, when "Soft" switch is now turned ON, it stops Power-Cycling, but there's no AC output.
  7. Yes. I'm sorry I just saw your reply; I packed up thin inverter and bought a new one; however, I desire to fix it now. On a GOOD Axpert 5K MKS inverter, when Battery Switch in turned ON (with the inverter switch in the OFF position, Mains Input = OFF & PV = OFF), the inverter should be "OFF" (with display OFF, and no relay actions); just like when a new inverter is installed for the first time. On mine, once you turn ON Battery Isolator switch ON (with inverter switch in OFF position), Inverter turns ON and Power Cycles ON-OFF-ON-OFF...... When Inverter switch is then turned ON, it no longer Power-Cycles, but there's no output.
  8. My Axpert MKS 5KV gives to output when turned ON. HELP urgently needed. Problem started yesterday after cleaning cooling fans
  9. HELP! With Power Switch in OFF position, Inverter comes ON and power-cycles when Battery breaker is turned ON. It wasn't like this until yesterday.
  10. This inverter gives output of 0V when switched on Battery. Problem started yesterday
  11. I have an Axpert MKS 5KVA. This problem started yesterday: 1. I turn on the circuit breaker for the battery and inverter comes on and power cyles while the ON/OFF switch is in OFF position 2. I turn it ON and inverter beeps normally and relay clicks. So no output and no errors. On top right corner of Display, output voltage is 0V. Anyone knows what's wrong?
  12. I have seen DELTA has fans similar to the ADDA ones; the closest is 0.8A and 4-wire
