16 Pylontech US3000c - loud popping sound, dead BMS
Hi, all the best with yours , but quite honestly even if pylontech did fix mine then i would sell them on as i have lost confidence in them, i have ordered a seplos mason 280 kit including cells etc, Pylontech and victron have worked together to come up with a solution, if that fails as in my case then ill go for a diy kit .

16 Pylontech US3000c - loud popping sound, dead BMS
Hi, my three have a similar issue, so assuming that pylontech wont honor the warranty ( they collected one today via a courier) would you sell the batteries for spares as my cells arent yet 3months old pay for them to be repaired, or is there another bms that can be fitted by a specialist. they were connected to a victron multiplus, all settings as defined in the victron / pylontech instruction page. DVCC was enabled and the charge volt and current was reduced / set as specified by victron repair in the uk is around £300 + carriage

Pylontech woes
Hi all, and hello from derbyshire, i ve got 3 of us3000c, all been running fine for about 3 months now nothing, I can connect with cerbo and see the batteries but there is no output and i cant charge them, they were connected to a multiplus and dvcc was enabled although th echarging voltage was reduced as specified by victron, ive been in coms with pylontech and they are going to collect on monday before they do collect i though it best to install batteryview and get what reports i can get, so whats the best report to try to identify the issue - i guess its the event report also is there an admin password for batteryview, i can connect and can run the report but wondering if i can do anything else by logging in symptoms are, battery boots and the run light is blinking cant charge cant discharge no red light i guess its the bms all the best
