    Hey there, we can definitely assist you with your query. Please note that we can provide assistance, however, there is a possibility that the system might still have issues if it's related to installation. Please can you confirm how you want the system to operate and do you have panels available? If yes, please confirm the panel size, brand, and quantity of panels that are connected to the inverter. We will also assist with battery settings on the inverter. Please also note that the battery brand you have is not compatible with LuxpowerTEK so the system will have to be programmed as a lead-acid battery. Best regards Solar Deity Team
