  1. Hello everyone! Need some help to repair a RS485 CAN communication board from a SPF5000ES inverter witch doesnt work anymore on communication rs/can, USB Works , also tested these boards on another similar inverter and same problem. I didn't found nothing shorted on these 2 boards, there is input voltage , 5V is present after 7805 regulator. Could be something related to firmware !? On the board is a GD32F103RCT6 GigaDevice microcontroller , deoe anyone managed to read the firmware from these boards? Also on these boards is a GD25Q64ESIG spi flash that is empty, not sure if it should be normal.... Thank you! https://postimg.cc/dh8txVmq https://postimg.cc/75qpqPrP GD25Q64ESIG dump https://www.mediafire.com/file/huzh99h5jcna9nj/GD25Q64ESIG_SVOD4.bin/file
  2. I found this adjustable power supply that can output 200 volt and 5 amps or meybe i find one witch can output up to 10 amps ,price would not be a problem, https://www.aliexpress.us/item/1005006859564109.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.5.3270KiYBKiYBfw&algo_pvid=4f37c0eb-4dce-4835-97c3-77a6097ffb80&algo_exp_id=4f37c0eb-4dce-4835-97c3-77a6097ffb80-2&pdp_npi=4%40dis!EUR!301.75!131.69!!!315.04!137.49!%4021032dc617195155705318475e5c47!12000038541108169!sea!NO!2885532862!&curPageLogUid=ieuHPveHX6ra&utparam-url=scene%3Asearch|query_from%3A and some 1000 watt resistors https://www.aliexpress.us/item/1005005402468014.html?spm=a2g0o.detail.pcDetailTopMoreOtherSeller.3.70c6hzTRhzTRTy&gps-id=pcDetailTopMoreOtherSeller&scm=1007.40050.354490.0&scm_id=1007.40050.354490.0&scm-url=1007.40050.354490.0&pvid=b141c429-f740-4092-8d76-914e4ce3bf65&_t=gps-id:pcDetailTopMoreOtherSeller,scm-url:1007.40050.354490.0,pvid:b141c429-f740-4092-8d76-914e4ce3bf65,tpp_buckets:668%232846%238115%232000&pdp_npi=4%40dis!EUR!30.71!30.40!!!32.06!31.74!%402101e5f717195157474463837e7838!12000032915335239!rec!NO!2885532862!&utparam-url=scene%3ApcDetailTopMoreOtherSeller|query_from%3A Do you think they would work? More precisely im not interesed to test solar inverters and mppt's at high load, they would be tetested at low loads, i need to be sure that they work after repair. Thanks.
  3. Hello everyone, i need your help, there is any way to test solar inverters PV input without solar pannels? In the building where i have my repair shop i'm not allowed to install solar panels, and i need some help on how to do this only for testing purpose of mppt's and solar inverters pv input. I'm thinking to buy a high voltage adjustable power supply 0 - 200 v DC / 0 - 5 Amps, would this be helpful to simulate panels? Thanks!
  4. @Coulomb No , continuous clickling is not from a relay, seems to come from LV - HV DC transformer. In the link is a video with the second inverter , acting almost similar ,without load.
  5. Hello everyone! I'm fixing 2 solar inverters witch was used in parralel, but installed wrong by parraleling PV inputs as well , thing that shouldn't be done. On both inverters DC - AC stages was damaged, blown igbt's , some gate resistors , and in one of them one photocoupler, well all parts was replaced, all 4 and 4 igbt' was replaced with parts from same batch. But ,both of them now start normal , after they was repaired and reset to factory settings , but the weired thing is happening on both of them , when is no load at output there is weird clicking, and as you can see in the video, amps from power supply are going up and down. When a load of 100w is applied at AC out, inverter seems to work normal without that clicking, and drawing around 3 amps ,stable, from power supply. Anyone have a ideea why is that clicking when there is no load? Thanks! https://youtu.be/7WSlc8TB2Gc
  6. Hello everyone! I need some help to repair my solar inverter Getemete MPS-V MAX-10.2KW wich have failed after half a year of use with failed mosfets and igbt's (NCEP15T14 N-CH 150V 140A and JT075N065WED 650V 75A ) ,as i looked on internet the only place where i found them is China! There is any replacements for them that i can buy them from Mouser, farnell, tme , etc !? I dont whant my inverter to fail again ! Maybe someone know from personal experience. Thanks!
  7. It worked with removable display firmware version 12.21, thank you very much Columb !
  8. Well , i managed to flash the main via serial adapter by bypassing lcd, it works with no problem, inverter started ok, but display still not working properly, not showing output voltage , battery voltage, etc. If i conect the inverter via serial ,bypassimg the lcd ,to the pc, everithing shows ok in whatchpower, but not on screen. Do you have guys a firmware for main and lcd that they are compatible? Main cpu is TMS320F28066PZT and lcd cpu is GD32F305VET6. Thanks for the help!
  9. Well , i can canfirm that GD32F305VET6 can be flashed with st-link v2 , without any problem, I did some test and works perfect. And i opened the inverter and on the control board is a TMS 320F28066PZT, but i don't know exactly witch firmware should i use. Also anyone have a pinout of serial rj45 connector for this inverter? Thanks.
  10. Hello everybody! It is possible to flash GD32F305VET6 with st-link v2 ? I have a EASUN iSolar SMW 8KW with error 32 on screen after a failed firmware update trough usb! Thanks!
