  1. Hello Brian good day, With AC Out disconnected it doesn't happen. I used a dummy load instead of the house and it still gave me the GFCI Fail. I ran a new DC test cable to each solar array (4 in total) to rule out isolation problems in the wiring, and the GFCI Fail happened with each of them. So I'm still at the same situation, only being able to charge batteries with the PV in Off Grid III mode. I haven't seen the grounding setting you are telling me in the SolarPower software.
  2. As expected, winter came and my system can't charge without asking for grid help. I'm in need to charge the batteries with the grid now, but there is no way without the GFCI Fault happening. Apparently i will have to trace if there is a leakage in the PV array?
  3. As an update to my last post. I was able to leave the system running with Off Grid III. However i'm not allowed to charge batteries with the grid + PV. Whenever the inverter tries this it gives me the GFCI Fault. This would happen whenever the system overloads and asks for some grid juice and the battery SOC is under 100%. As a workaround i'm charging my battery bank only with PV's.
  4. Hello Brian, Thanks to your post I was able to solve a issue with the 15kw infinisolar. By using the off grid mode III I was able to use the system. I every other mode it would give me GFCI Fault whenever the grid supply and the PV breaker were engaged. I traced every neutral + ground cable from the installation to disconnect them and the problem still would occur. I believe it's a fault from the inverter with the neutral+ground relay. Thank you so much!
